About Us

Butch’s Bites is an all-American food truck located in Pullman, Washington. We were founded on the need for an all-American food option on Greek row for students who are under 21.

The founders of Butch’s Bites named it as such because they all attended Washington State University. WSU has a distinct community culture and inclusiveness that we wanted to carry over to our business. As Butch leads “Go Cougs” at football games, we want to lead Butch’s Bites to as many places in Pullman as we can.

We understand how difficult it can be to find vegetarian and vegan options on the Palouse. We are proud to offer these alternatives, as we see the growth and demand for these options in our community.

We value customer service, food transparency and serving our community.

Customer service:

We deeply value our customers and strive to serve you as best as we can! You will always find our employees with a smile and a happy attitude because we love what we do. We always have comment forms available at our food truck and online because we love to learn about how we can serve you better.

Food transparency:

We source all of our food locally and make our dishes fresh. We believe that understanding where our food comes from and how we prepare it is important. We value being transparent about our food because it is a growing demand amongst our community.

Serving our community:

We value our community and see the importance of contributing to it. We do this in two distinct ways. Firstly, we buy our food from local farms because we support local businesses and believe in using fresh and local ingredients. Secondly, we try to make our business available in as many places and we can. We can regularly be found on Terrell Mall and Greek row. We also make appearances at local community events such as sporting events and school functions.
